Was not up to the mark for me. I have 6 years of progressive issues since 2021 so was trying to compress the explanation as quickly as I could. The doc started the discussion with stating that I am anxious. Really downhill from there cause he had made up his mind in giving me generic advice (pranayam etc.) instead of helping me with actual scientific consultation. I m sure he is good in his field. I really wish he had applied his scientific lens on my issues ( i only gave him like 3 mins of it but I did have more to show which he showed no interest in). 2.5k consultation for pranayam 😂
