We recently delivered our baby boy at Manipal Hospital Whitefield and had an exceptional experience. Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Aneeta Talwar for guiding us through a high-risk pregnancy with outstanding expertise, risk assessment, mitigation and an extremely practical approach. She has managed this journey so well — proactively directing us to the right endocrinologist - Dr Anusha and radiologists at key stages, ensuring timely decisions and smooth progress throughout. Her calm reassurance, clinical confidence and compassionate care made all the difference, leading to a safe C-section delivery. We are also thankful to Ms. Anuradha Banerjee from the Customer Excellence team for her personal follow-ups and warm support, which made our experience seamless. A special appreciation to the duty station nurses — Sujata, Maria, and Ansu — for the exceptional care they extended to my wife and newborn. Their patience, tenderness and prompt attention during the recovery period brought immense comfort and confidence. The housekeeping team also ensured a clean and supportive environment throughout our stay. Overall, a very positive, compassionate and reassuring experience. Highly recommended.

We came here for our sister’s delivery. I must say, the entire process was smooth and handled with real professionalism. The staff were polite and always available for any service. There were frequent check-ups on my sister and her baby’s health. The room allocated to us was Room 603 — by far the best room with a great view. A room like this truly helps the patient heal faster, as it adds a sense of positivity. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We didn’t face any issues during our stay.

My uncle got admitted to Manipal Hospital Whitefield under the care of Dr Hari Kishore Reddy. The overall treatment and care provided during the stay were excellent. Doctor explained the medical condition, treatment plan, and recovery process in detail with great patience and clarity, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort throughout the admission. The nursing staff on the floor were very attentive, polite, and always ready to help whenever needed. They regularly checked on the patient and ensured proper care was given at all times. The housekeeping staff also maintained cleanliness and hygiene very well, making the hospital environment comfortable and neat. We are very satisfied with the services, coordination, and support provided by the entire team during the hospitalization.
