I had a wonderful experience at Kauvery Hospital for my shoulder surgery(Bankart repair). Dr. Jagadeesh performed the procedure, and everything went really well. His expertise and care gave me complete confidence throughout the process.The entire hospital staff was incredibly nice, attentive, and supportive. I also want to highlight the insurance department, as they handled my paperwork smoothly and efficiently. Furthermore, the post-surgery care—particularly the physiotherapy—was excellent and greatly helped my recovery.I highly recommend Kauvery Hospital and Dr. Jagadeesh for anyone seeking orthopaedic care. What really stood out was the supportive and friendly environment throughout the visit. A special mention to Ms. Hema at the reception, who was extremely courteous and helpful. She guided us clearly through the process and made the entire experience much more comfortable for us. Great experience with Dr. Ganesh Shenoy & his team (Dr. Murli, Dr. Merina & Dr. Puneet) throughout my Dad’s laparoscopic gall bladder surgery. Dr. Ganesh Shenoy performed my laparoscopic surgery to remove my gallbladder due to gallstones. The surgery went very well, and I started feeling much better within 48 hours. My recovery has been smooth and quick. I truly appreciate his excellent care and professionalism. The hospital staff were supportive, but the hospital room maintenance could be improved. There was a strong smell in the campus, and the cloth/linen provided could be better in terms of cleanliness and quality.
