Kalp Aesthetics and Plastic surgery

On January 20, 2026 I had liposuction and a tummy tuck preformed by Dr Harish Kumar of Kalp Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, Malleswaram, Bangalore. What an incredible job that was accomplished. Pain management was controlled by acetaminophen (also called paracetamol in many countries) minimal doses were required. Immediately I got out of bed and walked 600 meters to visit a friend upon discharge. My friend could not believe I was 6 hr post op. Post op day two I walked 5 kms doing my own errands and had sex with my partner. By the end of the day I had no need for paracetamol. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, at no time did my pain lever ever exceed a 3. I find this to be a blessing when considering the aggressive nature of the surgery.
