Consulted with Plastic Surgeon Dr Ritesh V Kumar at HCG Hospital and the overall experience was excellent. Dr Ritesh is very patient, caring and reassuring. During the operation day got briefed every 2 to 3 hours till 0200 hrs on progress and thereafter he and his team regularly visited my sister 2 to 3 times daily for the next eleven days and checked on her progress which was very reassuring. Even OPD was super efficient with immediate attention and walk in. Entire team was great and available when you needed them. The culture promoted by senior doctors at HCG is remarkable and they are easily approachable and even their cell numbers and email ID are printed on the prescription.
