Heartily recommend Dr. N.Jithendran for orthopedic and plastic surgery procedures and treatment, the surgery of my mom for left leg amputation was successfully done due to infection as she was diabetic. Approximately seven months ago, I was involved in a severe accident that resulted in significant facial injuries. Due to the seriousness of my condition, several private hospitals declined to admit me. Eventually, I was admitted to Victoria Hospital, where I received initial treatment and underwent a plastic surgery procedure. However, the outcome was not satisfactory, as my facial structure and appearance were far from my original features. After my discharge, my brother and I began an extensive search for a highly qualified facial reconstructive surgeon. We consulted with multiple reputed hospitals but were not fully confident in their proposed approaches. During this process, we came across Dr. Jitendran, a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for his expertise and precision. During our consultation, I observed patients from different parts of the country who had come specifically to seek his treatment, which immediately reflected his reputation and professional standing. Dr. Jitendran carefully assessed my case, explained every aspect of the condition in detail, and suggested a comprehensive surgical plan. He later performed a series of advanced procedures, including plastic reconstruction, rhinoplasty, fat grafting, and periocular correction (eye surgery). Each stage was executed with exceptional skill and attention to detail. The results were remarkable — my facial features were restored closely to their natural form, and the overall aesthetic outcome exceeded expectations. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Jitendran for his exceptional surgical expertise, compassionate care, and professionalism throughout my recovery journey. As a plastic surgeon myself, I traveled from Kerala to Bangalore specifically to learn from the best. In just five days, I witnessed a successful replantation of a crushed and amputated finger tip (bike chain injury), a free muscle flap, endoscopically assisted lipoma excision, rhinoplasty, and many other complex cases. Beyond being an exceptional surgeon, he is a dedicated mentor and a wonderful human being. I highly recommend him for complex microvascular and cosmetic surgeries.

Im editing this review post doctor personally called and scolded my family member I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Very disappointing experience at Samprada Hospital. My family member suffered blisters due to hot water spilling, and we visited for a plastic surgery consultation based on a dermatologist’s recommendation. However, instead of properly examining the patient or understanding the issue, the doctor immediately suggested a collagen procedure costing around ₹50,000 and casually told us to “claim insurance” so we “wouldn’t have to pay anything.” He also suggested admitting my family member for one day mainly to claim insurance. When we asked about alternative treatments or more affordable options, the doctor responded carelessly, saying, “It’s your wish.” If you want to go you go with other procedures… He did not take the time to listen to our concerns or even properly examine the patient, which felt highly unprofessional and dismissive. We shared our genuine experience as patients and family members. A review reflects how we felt during the consultation, and patients have every right to express their experience respectfully. Regarding the consultation fee, we clearly informed the management before leaving and even returned the consultation details at the desk. There was no intention to avoid payment. What disappointed us more was the way we were spoken to later. Calling and scolding a patient’s family member for posting a review is not professional behavior. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, blaming patients and commenting on their “behavior” only reinforces the negative experience we had. He has written we asked cost of ointment, which is not true we asked how much dressing costs he said upto 3k. So we thought people here are money minded so we decided to not to get dressing also done here… We visited expecting proper examination, guidance, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
