The place is quite , very very kind and polite staff .. The service is extremely good .. Ms.Maryam was the therapist who did the facial for me and my mom, I highly recommended her to do facial treatments. She is kind , well experienced and educated.. The receptionists were very kind and treat everyone with a smile.. A very good experience, surely I’ll come back again.. Also the have offers these days, so take the chance and come..

I regret to say that my experience at the Monhandsein branch was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this location. After attending approximately seven sessions, the results were simply not satisfactory. Beyond the lack of clinical progress, the administration was consistently unreliable, frequently mishandling appointment times. The environment in the reception area was also unprofessional. On two occasions, I had to object to being skipped in the queue because staff allowed other patients to go ahead of me, claiming they had "simple procedures." This shows a complete disregard for scheduled appointment times and patient courtesy. Overall, a very poor experience from both a service and administrative standpoint.
