I had such a wonderful experience here! While visiting Cairo, I came across this clinic and was impressed by their unique services and competitive pricing compared to the standard options. I booked an appointment with the manager, Nicole, who was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to explain every treatment in detail, guided me through the options, and helped me select the perfect plan for my deep pores and wrinkles. I went ahead with Botox and microneedling for the first time, and the results were incredible! My skin already looks so much fresher and smoother. The staff is welcoming, the clinic is spotless, and the overall atmosphere is very professional. Highly recommend to anyone considering advanced skincare treatments in Cairo—you’ll be in excellent hands!

The place is clean and the dermatologist answered my questions but the reason I’m not giving full 5 stars is because they wanted me to have 3 sessions with them which will cost more than 5500K. There main solution for any thing is these session which is misleading and shows their greed. When I said no I cannot accept this offer they were really surprised like How come you’re not accepting to pay more than 5000K!!???

Terrible service .. They don’t respect the appointments time .. They keep you waiting too long without a word of apology and this happens every time .. I will switch to another clinic where they respect the patients time much more !
